Facial Gender Affirming (Feminisation) Surgery
Facial gender affirming surgery—also known as facial feminisation surgery (FFS)—is a collection of procedures designed to modify masculine facial features to bring them into closer alignment with feminine facial characteristics.
For many trans and gender diverse people, FFS plays an important role in easing gender dysphoria, improving confidence, and supporting social and psychological well-being.
What FFS May Involve
- Hairline advancement and forehead contouring
- Brow lift
- Rhinoplasty
- Cheek and lip augmentation
- Jaw and chin reshaping
These procedures can be performed alone or in combination, depending on your goals and anatomy.
